Manifestation is one of those buzzy words in entrepreneurial spaces. Everyone talks about “calling it in,” “aligning your energy,” “holding the vision.”

The truth? Most of us know this already. We know not to grip too tightly, we know pressure blocks flow. But it’s one thing to know it—and another to actually practice it in the middle of real goals, real doubts, and real urgency.

That’s where Meredith AI Coach surprised me. Instead of spinning in my head, I could drop straight into the practice. I didn’t have to figure it out alone—the prompts moved me from concept into experience.

Here’s what shifted for me:

  1. Plant the seed. A goal is like planting. You choose the soil, water it, and tend it with care. But you don’t yank it out of the ground every day to check if it’s growing. My seed? 100 new subscribers in 3 months.

  2. Notice the signs of land. Clinginess and doubt come from fear—“What if no one comes?” My reframe was: one paid subscriber isn’t lack, it’s proof. The first sign of land on the horizon.

  3. Practice havingness. The real power came when I anchored into the feeling of already having it. For me, that meant lighting incense and watching the smoke curl into the air, imagining women gathering at a fire I’ve lit. It stopped being about “proving” numbers and became about tending a sacred space that women are already finding.

This is the paradox of manifestation: it’s less about reaching and more about receiving. The goal isn’t to squeeze harder, but to root deeper.🧡

Let’s practice that now.

Mini Energy Check

Think of a goal you’re holding right now. Maybe it’s a client number, a launch milestone, or something you want in your personal life.

When you bring it to mind, does your body feel tight—stomach clenching, breath shallow, jaw tensing?

Do you feel a subtle urgency, like if you don’t keep pushing it won’t happen?

Or do you feel spacious—like you can breathe deeper, sit back, and sense that it’s already here, already unfolding?

If you notice tension or urgency, that’s clinginess disguised as focus. This week, we practice the opposite: presence and havingness.
