Every woman I know who’s stretching into something bigger feels it. That voice: “Who am I to do this? What if I mess it up? What if they find out I don’t know enough?”

Here’s the truth: authority doesn’t come from having all the answers. It comes from owning what you do know—and staying grounded even when you don’t.

When we wait to be 100% certain before stepping forward, we never move. The growth edge is always wobbly.

Missteps will happen.

Detractors will show up.

And that’s okay.

Authority isn’t about polish. It’s about congruence—your inner and outer selves lining up. Congruence happens when your words, actions, and presence reflect what you truly believe and value.

That means:

✨ Owning what’s yours—your wisdom, your lived experience, your Soul-Yes truth.

✨ Releasing what’s not—proving, perfection, and the need to control every outcome.

This week, the invitation is to notice where imposter energy is asking you to shrink—and instead experiment with standing in your authority, messy and real.

Let’s practice that now. 🧡
